That’s why we make every effort to make the approval process as smooth and transparent as possible. We want to ensure that you have all the necessary information to confidently begin your journey home.
Understanding the Approval Process
To begin the rental process, interested tenants must complete our rental application form and pay a $45 application fee. You can easily access this application on our website. Filling out the form completely and accurately is essential, as any incomplete or inaccurate information may delay the approval process.
After we receive your application, our team will conduct a thorough credit and background check. This is an important step we take to evaluate your financial responsibility and rental history. You can trust that we handle your personal information with complete confidentiality and security.
As a part of our approval process, we’ll verify your income to ensure that you meet the necessary financial requirements for the rental property. Typically, we require tenants to demonstrate a stable income that is at least three times the monthly rent. However, if you are earning less or have only been at your job for a short time and a co-signer is available, we will consider that while deciding your approval status.
We will review your rental history to ensure you don’t have any outstanding debts or evictions on your record. This review will also help us gain insight into your past tenancies, enabling us to evaluate your ability as a tenant to comply with lease agreements.
The approval process usually takes 3-5 days. However, it can take up to 5-7 days in exceptional cases. Once your application has been evaluated, we will inform you promptly about its status. If your application is approved, we will provide you with all the necessary details, such as the lease agreement, move-in date, and any additional requirements you may need.
Upon your arrival, you will be asked to sign the lease agreement and pay any necessary fees or deposits. We will work closely with you to schedule your move-in date and ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
